Refund policy
Returns and Exchange Policy:
As every garment is handmade and made to order, we cannot except returns.
Every item Is made by hand and thoroughly checked for any faults before sending.
We do however, offer exchanges providing the swing tags or hygiene labels have not been removed and the garment has not been worn and is in saleable condition.
You will be responsible for covering your own postage costs for your returns ( excluding faulty items.) Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise to send your return tracked to ensure we receive your parcel and we advise you make sure you have your proof of postage slip. If you do not send your return tracked and your parcel gets lost, unfortunately we are not liable to cover the costs.
