Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we no longer offer refunds as of the 23.06.22 as we are a small business and each product is made to order on the same/ or next working day the order is placed.

How do I process a size exchange/ Credit note with EMRLD?

We can offer a size exchange or credit note  ( when the desired size is no longer available to buy) providing the garment/s are in their original condition, unworn (other than having been tried on), with the anti-returns ribbon still attached, and returned to us within 10 days of having been received, in the original packaging. Please include the delivery invoice slip in the parcel so we an easily issue you an exchange when your parcel arrives. 

To process your size exchange/ credit note please email us on: info@emrld.co.uk with your order number in the subject header. This way we can hold back the size you want to exchange for or provide you with a credit note whilst you wait for your item to be returned to us.

Please request and retain your proof of postage from the Post Office when you send back your goods in case of non-delivery. Please check that your choice of delivery service compensation for loss covers the value of the items being returned. Emrld.co.uk is not liable for the failure for the arrival of any returns.

Please note, that for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn.
