Emrld Returns Policy

Non UK customers: duty and vat is non refundable as we cannot claim this back .

  • For in stock items only :You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return customercare@emrld.co.uk

  • When trying on your garment, please make sure there is no deodorant, makeup, fake tan, perfume or any other marks on the item. If the garment has any sign of wear it will be returned to the sender

  • if free shipping applies to your order and you choose to return an item that falls below our free shipping threshold, then this shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Pre order items are refundable for store credit only- this will not expire

UK returns

  • For in stock items only You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • To create a return, please email us with your order number and we will send you the return address.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All return shipping costs must be covered by the sender.

  • Please make sure your return is sent fully insured, as Emrld is not liable for items lost in transit or for any related costs.

  • We do not offer exchanges through our returns process unless agreed in writing before the item is sent back.

  • Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method.

International returns

 

 Please clearly mark all returned items as ‘returned goods’ on any customs or postal forms. If this is not done, your refund may be delayed and the shipment may be returned to you, which we are unable to cover.

 

Pre order items are refundable for store credit only- this will not expire

Duty and VAT paid on your order is non-refundable, as these costs cannot be recovered by us once the parcel has entered the destination country.

  • We do not accept exchanges on international orders.

  • In-stock items are eligible for a refund once the return has been received and approved. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method.
